If you are looking for a mortgage or want to re-mortgage to raise capital, eg. for home improvements or perhaps to consolidate other loans and credit card balances, we aim to find you a great deal. You should be aware that consolidating debts into a mortgage could result in you paying more over the total term of the mortgage in interest, as the original loan term will be increased to fit in with the mortgage.
We charge a fee for our professional services and do not rely on commissions from third parties for our income. We believe this is clearly the best way to operate. We estimate that the fee will be £399, but the precise amount will depend on your circumstances. The fixed fee is agreed with you, the client, at the outset and is normally included in the new mortgage being arranged. If, however, the mortgage does not complete for whatever reason then no fee is payable. In other words, for your total peace of mind, we operate on a strict "results only basis".
We operate nationally and have a local mortgage consultant in your area who will be pleased to visit you at your convenience to discuss your requirements, complete a comprehensive fact find and make appropriate recommendations. This visit, financial analysis and recommendation is entirely without commitment of any kind on your part and entirely without sales pressure of any sort either.
